Come and join this merry band of Steelers’ faithful for some lively debate about our Steelers, good food, music, and the merits of the odd cold beverage.

Live from Delaware, it’s College Game Day! I, NAS204PSU, am here to bring you this Saturday All-Day Open Thread (aka SADot)..

College Bowl games are everywhere, and we appreciate yinz making it out after the Same-Old-Steelers-Fan-Frustration-Christmas-Day-Bowl! Today, a swirling matchup between the 13 Miami Hurricanes and the 18 Iowa state Cyclones. Can Miami stay strong after landfall or will Iowa State drop the house on them?

This 6 pack of questions is here to get the conversation going is below, also let us know what you’re eating/drinking!

  1. The Steelers gave all their fans lumps of coal on Christmas Day, dropping their 3rd straight game. Who do you think deserves the biggest lump of coal:
    A) Art Rooney
    B) Mike Tomlin
    C) Arthur Smith
    D) Teryl Austin
    E) Russ Wilson
    F) Entire offense
    G) Entire Defense
    H) Fans for believing this team was different
    I) Write in: __________________

2. Much has been made of the Steelers 3-games in 11 days schedule, but KC, Baltimore, and the Texans all had to do the same. What % is the schedule to blame for our 3 Ls?

3. TJ watt is tied for 4th in sacks (11.5) and needs 2 just to tie T Hendrickson (CIN- 13.5) going into the remaining week 17 games. Do you care where TJ ends up on the 2024 sack leaders?

4. Which NFL team looks to have the most momentum that will carry them far into the playoffs and why?

5. In addition to holiday movie specials like Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer, most regular TV shows have a Christmas/holiday episode. What is your favorite TV show x-mas/holiday episode?

6. New years is right around the corner. Are you a die-hard party-long-after-the-ball-drops type or put-the-ear-plugs-in-at-9PM type?

BONUS: Naming rights have been up for sale for years now. Which one of these is worse: NFL stadium names or College bowl game names? Cite your sources (aka, give us your least favorite names)
