Week 3 kicks off with the New England Patriots travelling to MetLife Stadium to take on the New York Jets.
Both teams currently sport 1-1 records. The Patriots defeated the Bengals in Week 1 before losing in overtime to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 2. The Jets got their first win of the year in Week 2 over the Titans after a loss in Week 1 to the 49ers.
In terms of the best bet for this game, you guys know where I’m going – the under 38.5 points.
Both teams have scored 20 points once this season, and the Jets have struggled to get there. Even against the Titans, they relied on Tennessee shooting themselves in the foot more than anything and had to get a late fourth-quarter touchdown to seal the win. Both offenses may be top 10 in efficiency but have struggled to put the ball in the end zone. I’ll take the under and a 20-10 Jets win.
