Welcome to Week 7 of Steelers Reacts. This week is shaping up to be a newsworthy one in the NFL, and on the Steelers front, recent reports show that Pittsburgh is planning on starting Russell Wilson against the New York Jets.

And yeah, it’s been talked to death, but it’s a necessary inclusion for our weekly fan poll. If the Steelers do go through with the change, is it the right decision?

On the other side of the ball, defensive coordinator Teryl Austin received plenty of criticism during the Steelers’ two-game losing streak entering Week 6. His defense turned it around against the Las Vegas Raiders, but the general fan sentiment still doesn’t seem great. How would you grade his performance this season?
