Tony East: 42 points allowed in the second half for the Pacers, who had enough to get it done 115-102 against the Sixers. Not a pretty one, but they got it done. The stars stepped up in the fourth quarter. Pascal Siakam leads the Pacers with 21 points and 8 boards. Pacers are 24-19. Off to Paris.
