NBA Communications: TIMBERWOLVES’ ANTHONY EDWARDS FINED NEW YORK, May 21, 2025 – Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards has been fined $50,000 for using profane language during a media interview, it was announced today by Byron Spruell, President, League Operations. Edwards’ comments came during postgame media availability following the Timberwolves’ 114-88 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on May 20 at Paycom Center.
