Is a signing with the Steelers imminent?
The Aaron Rodgers saga continued today with a leaked video from an appearance in Austin, Texas, this past weekend.
Rodgers and his friend, a rapper who goes by the stage name “Mike Stud,” appeared to hold a Q&A with fans in attendance. Rodgers was asked if he would ever sign with the Chicago Bears, his arch nemesis during his 18-year stint with the Green Bay Packers. His response might have been a giveaway as to where he plans to play this season:
“I believe there’s a team that might play in Chicago this year on a road trip,” Rodgers said.
The Steelers play the Bears in Chicago in Week 12 this season.
MUST SEE : Aaron Rodgers just dropped a MAJOR HINT that he’s going to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers this year: ⬇️

Rodgers also added that he “loves” the Windy City.
“I love Chicago, though,” Rodgers said. “Way more than they love me.
Rodgers infamously yelled “I still own you” after scoring a touchdown against Chicago, which is a fair statement considering his career record of 24-5 against the Bears.

For what it’s worth, the New Orleans Saints, a team also devoid of a quarterback, will play on the road at Chicago this season. But I’d deem it unlikely he signs with a team with what is, in my opinion, a bottom-five roster in the league.
Rumors have been swirling about Rodgers joining the Steelers since the start of Free Agency in March, and we’re sitting here a few days away from Memorial Day, and there has not been pen to paper. He recently joined Joe Rogan on “The Joe Rogan Experience” and said he had multiple people in his life who are dealing with cancer, which he’s been dealing with on a personal level.
It seems like we’re getting a bit closer to a decision from the future Hall of Fame quarterback, but that’s a sentence that’s been written about 100 times in the past few months.
