The Steelers quarterback is getting in work with his new teammates
The Pittsburgh Steelers will have a new Week 1 starting quarterback for the fifth consecutive season when they take the field September 7th against the New York Jets. Aaron Rodgers joined the Steelers just ahead of mandatory mini-camp, and he made it known during his introductory press conference that he would be inviting his new teammates to Malibu during the month-long hiatus ahead of training camp.
It appears that several Steelers took up Rodgers on his offer, as multiple players have joined Rodgers at his home in Malibu. Per Steelers Now, the following players have made the trip:
- DK Metcalf
- Calvin Austin
- Roman Wilson
- Ben Skowronek
- Pat Freiermuth
The bonding between Skowronek and Rodgers seems to be getting off to a great start, as the versatile weapon for the Steelers posted a video of Rodgers throwing him an alley-oop to dunk.

We’ll see the 2025 Steelers head to training camp in roughly three weeks, and they’ll take the field for the first time in pre-season action on August 9th against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
