The young cornerback isn’t quite ready to return
The Pittsburgh Steelers seem to have a blooming star in cornerback Cory Trice. The second-year man missed all of his rookie season with a torn ACL, but showed immense potential early on in the season. He recorded his first interception in just his second game against the Denver Broncos, killing a scoring chance by picking off a pass in the end zone. However, Trice was injured in the Steelers’ Week 3 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers and was placed on IR. And after returning to practice this week, there was some optimism that Trice would return to the lineup against the Ravens.
Unfortunately, Trice won’t be making his return in Week 11. After being listed as questionable, Trice has been ruled out against the Ravens.
Cory Trice has been downgraded to OUT against the Ravens.
One more week for Trice. He should be back against Cleveland.

The Steelers have gotten great play from their secondary, which is the good news in all of this. They also had Cam Sutton return last week after an eight game suspension. While Pittsburgh would love to have Trice back, having him return in the near future for the back stretch of the season will be a good thing.
